Description:
When multiple displays are connected and libre office is on the left display, opening the hamburger menu in the top right will cause the drop down menu to appear on the right display. This does not occur when libre office is on the right display. This only occurs while using the Tabbed UI variant

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice on a left monitor.
2. Open the hamburger menu in the Tabbed UI variant in the top right of the window.
3. 

Actual Results:
The drop-down menu appears on the right monitor.

Expected Results:
The drop-down menu should appear on the same monitor as LibreOffice
